How do I cancel my Prime Music free trial?

Once cancelled, you will not be charged on the renewal date. You'll receive an email from Amazon confirming your cancellation.

How do I download songs/albums/playlists for offline playback?

To download Prime Music titles from the Amazon Music app for Android or iOS:

  • Select the music (song, album, playlist, etc.) you want to download.
  • Open the More Options menu ('three vertical dots' icon).
  • Tap the Download option.

You'll see a Downloaded "checkmark" icon next to music you've downloaded.

Open My Music to find music you've downloaded to your device through the Amazon Music app.

Can I stream to multiple devices at the same time?

You can only stream Prime Music on one of your devices at a time.

If you start streaming Prime Music from a new device you'll be asked if you want to continue streaming from the new device instead of the current device.

To switch to the new device, select Continue. To keep streaming from the first device, select Cancel.

This does not apply to music you have downloaded to a mobile device to access in offline mode. You can play downloaded music and stream Prime Music to another device at the same time!

You can view your next billing date by checking your Prime membership when you are logged in.

You will not be charged if you cancel your Prime membership at any time during your free trial period.
